Rank & Rewards Program Note: Our Rank & Rewards merch program was updated Jan 28, 2025. This post reflects the most up-to-date changes on the Rank and Rewards program. We want to reward and thank you, our community members, for your incredible contributions to the XM Community through the updated Rank & Rewards Program. Please read this entire post to familiarize yourself with the program and policies.You can achieve different levels / ranks within the community, depending on the number of points that you've accumulated. Every XM Community member will reach Level 1 once they earn 50 points. Your ranking will display on your profile and next to your name whenever you post or comment. You'll earn a new badge, which will be displayed on your profile, and an email congratulating you for each level you reach! When you reach Level 1, you'll receive a survey that gives you access to your Linkedin Profile Badge. Everyone earning points on the XM Community is eligible to “spend” the

 What is an XM Community Linkedin Profile BadgeAn XM Community Linkedin Profile Badge is a way to showcase your Qualtrics XM Community expertise and skills. You've worked hard to achieve your rank and status in the XM Community and we want to help you promote your XM expertise. How to Receive Your Linkedin Profile BadgeEach time you reach a new level in the Rank & Rewards Program, you will receive a notification that gives you access to your rewards for the level you reached, including your Linkedin Profile Badge. The notification will include access to instructions and a link to your Linkedin Profile Badge.If you were a part of the old program and would like access to the Linkedin Badges for levels you already earned, message an admin and we will direct message you the links and copy! Merch Store FAQs: Our new Rank & Rewards Merch Store is Here! Beginning Thursday, Jan 29, exciting changes are coming to the XM Community’s Rank and Rewards program. Please read this FAQ post thoroughly to learn about the changes to our popular Rank & Rewards program. Merch Store FAQs 1. What’s changing?You asked, and we delivered -- we are pleased to offer XM Community members access to our new XM Community Merch Store. Previously, Community members would have to wait to level up to receive Community merch, and that merch came in the form of pre-set merch kits that could not be customized. Now, you can redeem your points whenever you like, and choose your *own* items. You also don’t have to wait to level up! You can redeem points at any time. 2. Is there new merch to choose from?Yes! After collecting feedback from Community members, we worked with our merch supplier to offer popular items and frequently requested items. We posted about that here. We also brought back some old

It’s time for a Rank and Rewards refresh 🎁 Our XM Community’s Rank and Rewards program has experienced tremendous growth since its inception! We have successfully sent XM Community merch kits around the globe to our dear Community members. We are putting the Rank and Rewards program under the microscope once again, and would like to hear from you, our members, on what you would like to see included as merchandise or rewards in our program. You can see our current offerings here in this post.For those of you who have received merch (or “swag”) from brands or businesses previously, what did you find most useful or valuable?
