I have a few questions about SMS distributions.
- Is Qualtrics able to use RCS (Rich Communication Services) to include images for example or only SMS (regular text messages)? I think i know the answer but i prefer to double check
- When a telco provider, lets say Twilio, is providing a 1-800 XXX-XXXX (long) phone number, is it possible to shorten it in any way via QUaltrics, a bit like we can personnalize the sender’s email or is it Twilio that would provide a short number?
- Is it possible to configure an automatic No-reply message if respondent writes back to the phone number? If yes, I assum it counts in the SMS credits available?
